The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with vendors, proven negotiation skills, and expertise in sourcing and placing IT professionals with clients across the United States.
About the Role
The Bench Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and marketing bench consultants in the US staffing market.
Working Hours: 4 PM - 1 AM IST
Location: Madhapur, Hyd
Responsibilities
Bench Sales
Market bench consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and Tier-1 vendors.
Identify suitable contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities for consultants.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with vendors and clients.
Track consultant availability, skills, rates, and project status.
Vendor Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, MSPs, and direct clients.
Develop a network of Tier-1 vendors and staffing partners.
Generate new business opportunities through vendor engagement and market intelligence.
Negotiation & Closures
Negotiate bill rates, pay rates, contract terms, and placement conditions.
Coordinate offer discussions and consultant onboarding.
Ensure timely closure of requirements and successful placements.
Recruitment & Sourcing
Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Screen candidates for technical and communication skills.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of available consultants for current and future requirements.
Work closely with recruiters to identify consultants suitable for open positions.
Reporting & Compliance
Update CRM/ATS systems regularly.
Maintain placement, submission, interview, and closure reports.
Ensure compliance with client and vendor hiring processes.
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in US Bench Sales.
Experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
Strong network of Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Expertise in sourcing candidates through various recruiting channels.
Good understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Experience working with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Prior experience working in the US staffing industry.
Proven track record of successful consultant placements.
Pay range and compensation package
Must be willing to work EST hours from the Hyderabad office.
