### Job Description: AI Engineer – Insurance & Quotation Automation
We are looking for an AI Engineer with strong expertise in Insurance Claims, Quotation, Document Intelligence, and Fraud Detection.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop AI-powered insurance claims and quotation automation solutions.
* Build AI document analysis for classification, data extraction, and peril mapping.
* Implement claim readiness analysis to identify missing or incomplete documents.
* Develop AI engines for claim assessment based on policy conditions, exclusions, and benefits.
* Build AI-powered document fraud detection using configurable fraud criteria.
* Implement claim clustering and suspicious claim identification using historical data.
* Analyse claimant history and generate risk/investigation flags.
* Develop AI communication capabilities for requesting missing documents and analysing customer responses.
* Build configurable AI workflow orchestration with automated decision-making and human review.
* Integrate LLMs, RAG, OCR, AI agents, and enterprise APIs into production systems.
Required Skills: Python, LLMs, RAG, Document AI, Machine Learning, AI Agents, and Insurance Domain Knowledge (Claims, Underwriting, Quotations, and Fraud Detection).
Experience: 4+ years in AI/ML Engineering with relevant Insurance or InsurTech experience.
