Sr Director, Product Management

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Director, Product Management to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This leader will shape the product management function for a global technology organization, driving strategy and execution across multiple teams. The role will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, define product direction, and support operational results. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to influence product practices, guide experienced managers, and help deliver well-defined features that meet customer and business needs.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational results
Manage multiple teams led by experienced managers
Influence others to adopt new practices and approaches
Coordinate cross-functional communication to align on strategies
Develop functional specifications for product features, including design and testing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent business experience
10+ years of relevant experience
6+ years of relevant managerial experience
Exceptional leadership and customer service skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
