Sr Product Manager - 11826

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Product Manager - 11826 to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will help shape product direction for cross-functional initiatives that improve visibility, usability, and customer outcomes across the business. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams to turn feedback, data, and market insight into clear product decisions. You will also serve as a key point of contact for escalations, helping ensure the product experience supports both operational needs and broader go-to-market goals.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $125,000 – $174,333 annually
Responsibilities
Lead product design and requirements for cross-functional initiatives
Build and maintain dashboards for product visibility and usage analytics
Act as a subject matter expert for customer escalations
Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
Conduct competitive analysis to assess product positioning
Support internal and external enablement initiatives
Represent the product in customer-facing scenarios and discussions
Qualifications
7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech
Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards and reporting tools
Experience resolving complex customer issues effectively
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment
Demonstrated collaborative mindset and sound judgment in similar roles
Comfortable operating with incomplete information
