HIRING — PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST | GURGAON
The Tranquil Wedding is looking for an in-house Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our lead generation.
Location: Gurgaon
Work: Full-time, in-house
Experience: 2–5 years
Must know:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Facebook & Instagram Lead Ads
• Google Ads
• Lead generation & retargeting
• Pixel / tracking / basic analytics
• Campaign optimization
• Creative testing
• CPL & lead-quality optimization
• Basic CRM & lead tracking
Our focus: Wedding Photography | Pre-Wedding | Luxury Weddings | Delhi NCR & Destination Weddings
Important: We are looking for someone who has actually RUN paid campaigns and generated leads not just someone who manages Instagram pages.
Candidates should share:
1. Previous campaigns/results
2. Monthly ad budgets handled
3. Average CPL achieved
4. Industries worked with
5. Current/expected salary
6. Portfolio or case studies
Salary: ₹25,000–₹60,000/month depending on experience and proven results.
