Role Description The Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Rajan Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd. facility in RIBDA. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, preparing invoices, and processing payments and receipts. Responsibilities include reconciling bank statements, assisting with GST and other statutory filings, supporting month-end and year-end closing, and preparing basic financial reports for management review. The accountant will also monitor accounts payable and receivable, coordinate with internal departments and external auditors, and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. This role requires consistent attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software MIRACLE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE
Candidates should possess skills in tax and regulatory compliance, such as GST, TDS, and familiarity with local statutory requirements.
Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and knowledge of financial statements.
Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting, budgeting support, and variance tracking to assist management decision-making.AS WELL AS MS Excel, and basic data analysis tools.
Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and effective time management skills.
Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments and familiarity with inventory and cost accounting will be an advantage.
