Manager Advisory Services

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Advisory Services to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will lead consulting engagements that help healthcare clients solve operational challenges, improve performance, and make informed strategic decisions. The manager will partner closely with clients and internal teams to gather insights, shape recommendations, and deliver high-quality project outcomes. In addition, this position will contribute to practice growth through mentorship, internal initiatives, and support for business development efforts.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $113,000 – $188,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead data analysis and quality assurance on project deliverables
Determine client needs through effective interviews and analytical methods
Develop and present strategic recommendations to clients
Manage project budgets, expenses, and profitability
Mentor and guide team members on project execution
Participate in practice development and internal initiatives
Identify market opportunities and assist in sales presentation development
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Health Systems or Operational Consulting
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Proven ability in client relationship management
Strong analytical and mentorship skills
