As a Credit Collection agent at Concentrix, you will be the main point of contact for invoice and financial-related matters for our partners (hotels). In this dynamic role, you will navigate outbound collection tasks prioritized through worklists generated by our collection platform. This position requires a balance of empathy, analytical problem-solving, and strong negotiation skills to ensure all invoices are paid to terms while building and maintaining excellent B2B relationships. Due to the fast-paced nature of the organization, you must possess a strong sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and the drive to deliver fast resolutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily collections and partner inquiries by effectively navigating dynamic worklists provided by the collection platform.
Take full ownership of financial investigations, aiming for fast and accurate resolutions to reduce credit balances and improve cycle times.
Proactively investigate complex partner inquiries, identify underlying issues, and independently seek support or define escalation paths when standard guidelines are not available.
Communicate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and resolve business challenges.
Act as a dedicated business partner to internal and external stakeholders, exercising patience to communicate complex financial details clearly to partners.

We offer a competitive monthly salary of 1450 Euro Gross and a fully remote work model!
Qualifications & Skills
Technical & Analytical Skills
Excellent PC skills with the ability to comfortably work with, navigate, and multitask across different programs, internal tools, and collections software simultaneously.
Previous background experience in banking, financial accounts, or B2B collections is a strong plus.
Strong investigation and review skills, demonstrating a smart and agile approach to analyzing data and interpreting financial situations.
Soft Skills & Communication
Good verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
High emotional intelligence to read between the lines, accurately interpret the intentions of others, and show empathy toward their challenges while firmly protecting business interests.
Exceptional active listening skills paired with the power of negotiation to secure payments and resolve disputes amicably.
Demonstrated patience to communicate and clarify complex details effectively to diverse audiences.
