Senior Strategic Medicare Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Strategic Medicare Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will guide Medicare Advantage product strategy, from identifying new opportunities to shaping multi-year roadmaps that align with member needs and business goals. You will partner across functions to turn market insights, clinical data, and leadership input into clear product decisions. The position also plays a key role in digital transformation efforts and vendor collaboration to support successful execution in a complex, highly regulated environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $102,000 – $184,300 annually
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities in emerging markets
Oversee Medicare Advantage product strategy development and execution
Ensure product definitions and requisite information are prepared for leadership decision-making
Drive differentiated product design using member insights and clinical data
Collaborate with various departments to create multi-year product roadmaps
Serve as product lead on digital transformation initiatives
Cultivate relationships with key vendors to support product goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or strategic consulting, or 11+ years of equivalent experience
Expertise in managed care product development or project management
Proven leadership and mentoring skills with staff
Ability to manage complex priorities and workloads efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
