NPD Executive

At Maxisoft, we’re building a new generation of science-backed personal care and we’re looking for someone who is genuinely curious about skincare, bodycare and beauty and wants to be part of building products from the ground up.
You don’t necessarily need to come from a Pharmacy or Cosmetic Technology background. If you understand the beauty space, have strong product curiosity and are willing to learn the science behind great formulations, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll own :
Take new products from concept to launch
Coordinate with formulation labs, manufacturers, fragrance houses and packaging vendors
Research new ingredients, formats, trends, competitors and consumer insights
Manage product sampling, testing and feedback cycles
Evaluate products across formulation, texture, fragrance, packaging and overall experience
Own timelines and follow-ups across multiple development projects
Work closely with the founder on upcoming launches and the future product pipeline
You’ll be a great fit if you :
Have 1–2 years of experience in NPD, beauty, FMCG, sourcing, product development or a related role
Have a genuine interest in skincare and personal care
Are highly organised and strong with follow-ups and vendor coordination
Have good product judgement and attention to detail
Take ownership and are comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Have a background in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Technology or a related science is a plus, not a requirement.More than a specific degree, we’re looking for someone with the curiosity to understand products, the discipline to execute them well, and the excitement to build something new.
