Join our Investment Banking team with direct exposure to live fundraising mandates, investor relations, and transaction execution.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:-
• Develop and manage relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, VC/PE Funds, and Institutional Investors.
• Drive structured investor outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
• Identify and engage relevant investors for ongoing fundraising mandates.
• Manage investor conversations, follow-ups, and relationship development throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Coordinate investor–founder meetings, discussions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain investor databases, CRM records, and outreach trackers.
• Work closely with the Investment Banking team on live fundraising mandates and transaction execution.
• Support investor lists, pitch decks, teasers, and other transaction-related materials.
• Track investor engagement and provide regular updates on outreach and transaction progress.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:-
• 4–6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience interacting with HNIs, Family Offices, Funds, or Institutional Investors.
• Working knowledge of fundraising, financial modelling, valuation, and pitch decks.
• Strong analytical, execution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

• Exposure to live Investment Banking deals and fundraising mandates.
• Hands-on experience across investor relations, capital raising, and transaction execution.
• Interaction with HNIs, Family Offices, VC/PE Funds, Institutional Investors, and Founders.
• Exposure to the complete fundraising and transaction lifecycle.
