AREA MANAGER – BRANCH BANKING
JOB ROLE:
Achieving the Business Objectives for the Area and meet the value, volume and channel productivity metrics
Generation of revenues through sales of CASA, Assets, TFX and Third Party Products like Insurance, General Insurance etc. through branch channel
Leading Branch Managers, Operation Team and Mentoring of Sales Teams
Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers
Regulatory Compliance
Manpower Planning
RM & RO channel productivity improvement
Driving Service Quality parameters across span
Manage productivity morale of branch personnel
Establishing standards and delivery of customer service
