Looking for an opportunity to gain international work experience while studying?
As a Customer Logistics Specialist, you'll play an essential role in helping customers throughout their delivery journey. This is more than a traditional customer service role – you'll gain exposure to the fast-paced world of logistics and supply chain operations while working closely with transport, warehouse, and delivery teams.
Location: Debrecen, Vezér str. 39. (Tudáspark)
Work Mode: Onsite, from our office
Working Hours: 8:00 – 20:00
Employment type: Student, 20 hours / week
What will you do?
Provide customer support for shipment and delivery enquiries via email and chat
Track parcels and investigate delivery-related issues
Handle customer cases and requests in a timely and professional manner
Process delivery amendments and maintain accurate customer records
Work closely with logistics and operational teams to find solutions
Requirements

C1 level English, with strong written communication skills
A customer-focused and helpful attitude
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach
Confidence using computers and learning new systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Motivation to gain professional experience in an international environment
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous BPO, customer support, helpdesk or a similar role is an advantage, but it is not required.
