Warehouse Trainer / Trainer Logistik (m/w/d)

We’re looking for a Warehouse Trainer who will help new colleagues settle in fast, learn the job properly, and grow into confident, high-performing team members. What you’ll do
- Onboarding & Training: Coordinate and lead onboarding for new warehouse employees across different departments and operational processes.
- Coaching & Feedback: Provide regular feedback, motivate employees, identify individual training needs, and build practical improvement plans.
- Material & Process Improvement: Support the development of training materials and help roll out new warehouse processes so teams understand and execute them correctly.
- Quality & Standards: Ensure warehouse safety rules, operational guidelines, and quality standards are followed consistently.
- Management Alignment: Partner with managers to evaluate training progress, track effectiveness, and continuously improve training methods based on floor needs.
- Culture & Floor Support: Act as the primary go-to person for daily floor questions and serve as a role model for Rohlik culture, teamwork, and customer orientation.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, or onboarding; background in a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment is a plus.
- Hands-on Mindset: Open-minded, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication & People Skills: Strong communicator with a natural ability to connect with people, offer constructive feedback, and remain calm under pressure.
- Structured Approach: Well-organized, attentive to detail, and genuinely passionate about helping others succeed.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and new workplace technologies.
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in either English or German is required. Additional languages (e.g., Romanian, Russian, Polish) are a strong advantage.
