Finance Trainee/Intern

Software Finder is looking for a motivated Finance Trainee/Intern to support the finance team with withholding tax compliance, local entity accounting, and financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on exposure to Pakistan tax laws, accounting operations, and corporate reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process withholding tax (WHT) returns in accordance with applicable regulations
Support day-to-day accounting operations for the local entity
Assist in updating and maintaining the monthly financial reporting deck
Prepare and update departmental cost reports on a regular basis
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data across all reports
Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks related to tax filings and compliance
Requirements
Working knowledge of Withholding Tax (WHT) return filing
Understanding of Pakistan tax laws and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Foundational knowledge of financial accounting and reporting
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to work onsite, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift
