Design Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Design & Drawing Engineer – RAILWAYS EXPOSURE MANDATORY
Urgent Requirement – Immediate Joiners preferred
We are looking for experienced Design & Drawing Engineers with strong knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks for railway component design and manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and modify in AutoCAD & SolidWorks.
· Prepare Assembly Drawings and Fabrication Drawings.
· Prepare accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) and material lists.
· Read and interpret engineering/railway drawings.
· Handle drawing revisions and modifications as per requirements.
· Generate executable interface for Production Team
· Coordinate with production and fabrication teams for drawing-related issues.
Required Skills
· AutoCAD – Mandatory
· SolidWorks – Mandatory
· Good knowledge of engineering drawings and fabrication
· Strong experience in BOM preparation
· RAILWAYS EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL (all or some of Rolling Stock, Infrastructure, End & Side Walls, Roof & Partitions, Baby Components and Interiors)
· E-Tendering would be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Immediate joining preferred.
