Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in South Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design documentation for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors, reviewing designs for structural feasibility, and ensuring compliance with building codes and local regulations. The role involves site visits, client meetings to understand requirements, and ongoing refinement of designs based on feedback. The Architect will also support integration of sustainable design practices and oversee design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and compliant building plans.
Experience with Project Management, including coordinating timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Integration between architectural plans and structural, MEP, and interior design components.
Familiarity with Software Development concepts as they apply to design tools or BIM workflows is an advantage, though not mandatory.
Proficiency in CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and other architectural visualization tools.
Understanding of local building codes, safety standards, and regulatory approval processes in India.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and registration with the appropriate professional body (or eligibility to register).
Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and readiness to work on-site in South Delhi.
