About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our Product & Development organization and take end-to-end ownership of quality across our web and mobile products.
This role is a strong fit for someone who is independent, focused, organized, and hands-on. We are looking for a QA Engineer who can take a feature from requirements to production: understand the product and business logic, identify risks and edge cases, build the right test coverage, work closely with developers and Product, and confidently manage testing through release.
Our environment is fast-paced, with multiple products, development teams, and releases running in parallel. You should be comfortable managing your own priorities, communicating risks clearly, and moving work forward without requiring constant guidance.
What you'll Do
Own the QA process for features from requirements through production.
Review product requirements and designs, identifying gaps, risks, edge cases, and unclear behavior.
Create clear and comprehensive test scenarios and test cases based on product and technical requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability, UI, and end-to-end testing.
Test complex user flows across web and mobile applications, different products, configurations, browsers, devices, and operating systems.
Test REST APIs and validate frontend/backend behavior and data.
Identify, document, prioritize, and follow up on defects.
Work closely with Product Managers and developers throughout the development and release process.
Take ownership of release readiness and clearly communicate quality risks and blockers.
Manage testing across multiple features and releases running in parallel.
Contribute to and maintain automated testing where relevant.
Continuously improve QA processes, coverage, and efficiency.
What we're Looking for
2–5 years of hands-on software QA experience.
Strong experience in manual testing and end-to-end user flows.
Experience testing responsive web applications and mobile applications (iOS and Android).
Proven ability to independently understand requirements and translate them into effective test coverage.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to understand complex business logic.
Experience working closely with developers and Product Managers in an Agile development environment.
Ability to independently investigate issues rather than relying on developers or Product for every step.
Strong prioritization and time-management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple releases simultaneously.
Clear, direct communication and strong teamwork skills.
Experience with REST API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Experience with Jira/Xray or similar QA and issue-tracking tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation.
Automation
Automation is not the main focus of this position, but we are looking for someone with some hands-on exposure to it.
Experience writing, maintaining, or working with automated tests using tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium is a strong advantage. You should be comfortable identifying good candidates for automation and gradually contributing to our automated test coverage.
Nice to Have
Experience with React-based applications.
Experience testing complex B2C products or SaaS platforms.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using AI tools as part of the QA workflow.
