📢 WE ARE HIRING – FIELD COORDINATOR
Location: Kollam District, Kerala
Position: Field Coordinator
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Travel: Actual travel expenses covered as per project requirements
Eligibility:
Any Graduate
Passionate about field work/social development/child development
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
Ability to work with communities, local self-government institutions and stakeholders
Previous experience in social work/community development/child development will be an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement project activities at the field level
Conduct regular field visits and community meetings/stakeholder meetings
Work with local bodies, schools, community groups and other stakeholders
Identify and support children and families requiring assistance
Maintain field records, reports and project documentation
Coordinate with the project team
About the Project:
The Field Coordinator will work as part of a child protection and community development project focused on preventing child marriage, child abuse, trafficking, child labour and other risks faced by children.
📍 Work Location: Kollam District
💰 Salary: ₹20,000/month + Actual travel expenses
