Site Project Manager

Delton Contracts Services Ltd is currently recruiting experienced Site Project Managers for opportunities across the UK.
We are looking for professionals who can take responsibility for the day-to-day management and successful delivery of site-based projects, working closely with clients, contractors, subcontractors and project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day site and project activities from mobilisation through to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress against programme, quality and delivery requirements
• Ensure site activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements
• Identify and manage project risks, delays and operational issues
• Maintain clear communication with clients, contractors and internal teams
• Monitor labour, materials and resources required for project delivery
• Support site meetings, progress reporting and project documentation
• Ensure work is completed to the required quality standards and agreed project specifications
• Help maintain an organised, safe and productive working environment on site
What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience managing site-based projects in the UK
• Strong understanding of construction or civil engineering site operations
• Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors and site teams
• Good organisational, planning and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within project deadlines
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good understanding of site health and safety responsibilities
• Relevant industry qualifications or certifications: Need to confirm
