Job Description
We are currently hiring fluent German and English speakers for full-time remote interpreter positions.
No previous interpretation experience is required. Selected candidates will receive a fully paid 3-week training program designed to prepare them for live interpreting.
This is a long-term remote opportunity with ongoing support and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional German-to-English and English-to-German interpretation.
Accurately communicate conversations between German and English speakers.
Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality during interactions.
Listen carefully and communicate information clearly in both languages.
Follow interpreting guidelines, procedures, and quality standards.
Attend scheduled training sessions and complete required assignments.
Maintain a reliable remote working environment.
Requirements
Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Reliable and stable internet connection.
Access to a laptop or desktop computer.
Professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Available for a full-time position starting at 7:00 AM California Time.
No previous interpretation experience is required.
Paid Training Program
Successful candidates will participate in a 3-week paid training program before beginning live interpreting.
Training Schedule:
Duration: 3 weeks
Live Training: 2 hours per day
Live Training Time: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM California Time
Homework & Assignments: Approximately 5 hours per day, completed independently before the next training session
Total Paid Training: 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week

The language assessments are designed to evaluate fluency and communication ability.
Technical Requirements for Assessments
Candidates must:
Use a laptop or desktop computer
Have a working camera
Keep the camera on throughout the assessment
Have a stable internet connection
Follow all assessment instructions carefully
Mobile phones and tablets cannot be used for the assessment.
