Senior Product Manager, Order Quality

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Order Quality to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This role will own the strategy and roadmap for a critical customer experience area, guiding it from discovery through launch and scale. You will partner closely with design, research, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify shopper and customer needs, define measurable outcomes, and deliver impactful solutions in a fast-moving environment. The position requires strong analytical thinking, rigorous experimentation, and the ability to build alignment across diverse teams while driving high-quality product execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $194,000 – $204,500 annually
Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Order Quality from discovery to launch
Partner with design and research teams to understand customer and shopper needs
Define success metrics and conduct rigorous A/B and multivariate testing
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant features at scale
Build alignment among diverse stakeholders and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
4+ years of product management experience in complex operational environments
Proven track record of driving products from concept to scaled delivery
Strong analytical skills and data literacy for prioritization and decision-making
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to align teams and stakeholders
Deep understanding of shopper and customer experiences with accountability for outcomes
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments
