Senior Product Manager, 1: Many Merchant Growth

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, 1: Many Merchant Growth to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will own the product strategy and execution for partner integrations that support merchant growth in a fast-moving fintech environment. You will work closely with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to deliver scalable capabilities, improve integration experiences, and drive measurable business outcomes. The position requires someone who can translate complex inputs into clear priorities, build durable systems for future growth, and keep product delivery aligned with customer and partner needs.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $153,000 – $213,000 annually
Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams to define, launch, and improve partner integrations
Develop durable capabilities that enable faster future partner onboarding and integrations
Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback that supports merchant growth
Define and prioritize product features to improve the user and partner experience
Create and manage the product roadmap for the growth team
Establish success metrics to evaluate initiative effectiveness
Partner with marketing teams on strategies for new integrations and feature launches
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience
Proven success managing multiple technical software products from kickoff to post-launch
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts
Strong organizational and communication skills for navigating complex dynamics
Execution-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach
Ability to turn conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans
Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality products on time
Experience in Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL is a plus
