Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Enterprise Product Manager, FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the roadmap for enterprise finance systems that support planning, procurement, and related business operations. The person in this position will translate complex finance processes into scalable solutions, partnering closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology. The work will center on system architecture, integrations, automation, and reporting that improve efficiency and support month-end close activities.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $148,835 – $175,100 annually
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to implement the product roadmap for financial applications
Analyze and translate business processes into scalable technical solutions
Administer and maintain enterprise finance systems and associated boundary systems
Create functional specifications and architectural diagrams
Design and implement workflows, integrations, and reporting tools
Collaborate with teams to develop AI automations and flow agents
Conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and support month-end processes
Qualifications
5+ years in system administration for financial systems
4+ years of hands-on configuration experience with enterprise finance platform modules
3+ years of experience in large-scale sourcing and procurement system implementations
1+ years of experience using AI technologies in finance applications
Strong understanding of enterprise integration and finance-related processes
