AI Digital Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a AI Digital Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the strategy and evolution of digital product experiences, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled decision-making and customer outcomes. You will partner closely with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate product opportunities, prioritize features, and guide build-versus-buy decisions. The position blends product strategy, data-driven execution, and user-centered thinking in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $193,725 annually
Responsibilities
Lead product strategy creation and evolution
Gather insights through user-centered design practices
Measure product reliability and performance via evaluation frameworks
Utilize structured thinking for build-versus-buy decisions
Drive product success through customer satisfaction metrics
Inform product direction with data insights
Validate product assumptions quickly using lean concepts
Qualifications
3+ years in a product-focused role
7+ years delivering products in IT environments
Experience with large-scale enterprise initiatives
Strong market trend monitoring skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
KPI-driven work environment experience
Ability to prioritize product features effectively
