Director, Product Management, Core Products

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Management, Core Products to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will own the product strategy and execution for a core portfolio of customer-facing and internal capabilities that support the full user journey. You will lead product leaders across multiple areas, partnering closely with engineering, compliance, fraud prevention, and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. The position will focus on improving platform performance, strengthening customer protection, and modernizing operational tools that support growth and efficiency.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $185,000 – $230,000 annually
Responsibilities
Define and execute the product strategy for core products
Lead and mentor product managers and team leaders, fostering ownership
Manage customer journeys from registration to account management
Develop shared capabilities for both digital and retail customer experiences
Enhance payment performance while coordinating with fraud prevention teams
Ensure compliance with regulations and build customer protection measures
Modernize internal tools for operational efficiency and support
Establish KPIs to measure outcomes and prioritize investments
Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture and integrations
Engage senior stakeholders across diverse functional teams
Qualifications
8+ years in product management
2+ years in leadership roles
Management experience with senior product teams across multiple areas
Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps
Experience in identity, KYC, payments, fraud, or compliance platforms
Strong technical skills with APIs and systems integration
Analytical mindset for data-driven decision making and impact assessment
Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
Background in regulated industries such as online gaming or fintech is advantageous
