Mgr, Product

For our client, we are seeking a Mgr, Product to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will guide product strategy and roadmap execution in support of broader business objectives within a highly regulated financial services environment.
You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize releases, align teams on outcomes, and ensure product decisions translate into measurable business value.
The position also calls for strong customer engagement, performance tracking, and the ability to turn iterative feedback into informed product hypotheses.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $146,428 – $198,108 annually
Responsibilities
Develop a long-term product roadmap aligned with business strategy
Ensure iterative execution of business strategies through product roadmaps
Lead team collaboration to prioritize product roadmaps and releases
Resolve conflicts constructively during team discussions
Ensure product teams understand the necessary business outcomes
Track performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Engage with customers to uncover needs and refine product hypotheses
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
Strong understanding of iterative development and software processes
Expertise in Agile Product Management and stakeholder management
High organizational skills and attention to detail
Passion for emerging technology trends
Excellent communication and influence abilities across all organizational levels
