Director, Product Strategy & Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Strategy & Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This role will shape product strategy and lead transformation efforts that improve how teams build, deliver, and scale products across the organization. You will partner closely with senior leaders and product teams to connect strategic decisions with measurable customer and business outcomes. The position will also help advance AI-enabled ways of working and establish reusable operating practices that can be adopted more broadly.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $137,900 – $246,350 annually
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders to connect product decisions with customer and business outcomes.
Pilot and scale AI-enabled product development capabilities.
Lead engagements across multiple phases of product strategy and delivery.
Work with teams to identify barriers and implement effective change.
Coach product leaders to strengthen operating models and governance.
Transform effective practices into reusable tools for enterprise-wide adoption.
Establish success measures and guide broader rollout based on impact.
Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on Product Management or leadership experience in B2B software or SaaS.
Experience overseeing strategy and outcomes for substantial product portfolios.
Track record of leading cross-functional teams to positive customer and business outcomes.
Strong product management skills across various stages of product development.
Recent experience with AI-enabled product development or workflows.
Ability to diagnose context, build trust, and execute actionable insights.
Proven capability to influence product strategy and operational efficiency across organizations.
