VP, Product Delivery & Growth - AI

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Product Delivery & Growth - AI to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This executive role will shape how a multi-product portfolio is brought to market, adopted, and monetized across AI-enabled offerings. The successful candidate will partner closely with product management, legal, compliance, and senior leadership to define growth strategy and responsible deployment approaches. This is a highly visible opportunity to influence commercial outcomes, portfolio direction, and team development in a fast-evolving technical services environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $175,000 – $210,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the product portfolio
Lead pricing and monetization efforts for new and AI-powered products
Collaborate with product management to shape portfolio direction and roadmap
Cultivate executive relationships and represent the organization in industry settings
Oversee the growth and development of the Outbound Product Management team
Define portfolio performance metrics and conduct competitive analysis
Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure responsible deployment of AI capabilities
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or product growth, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
Expertise in go-to-market strategy for a multi-product portfolio, with a focus on adoption and revenue outcomes
Proven track record building commercial models for SaaS and AI-enabled products, including pricing and monetization strategies
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders across various teams
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative data for prioritization
Willingness to travel for customer engagements and industry events
