Public Relations Officer – INFINEA HBOT & Wellness Clinic

Role Description The Public Relationship Officer – Clinic is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners, while promoting the clinic’s HBOT and wellness services. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and guiding visitors, responding to inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at the front desk and through all communication channels. The role involves supporting sales and outreach activities, explaining services and treatment packages, and assisting with basic finance-related tasks such as tracking inquiries and updating records. The officer will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to manage client feedback, organize small-scale promotional events, and uphold the clinic’s reputation in the community.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to build, nurture, and sustain long-term client and partner relationships.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to handle basic billing queries, maintain accurate records, and support reporting related to client accounts.
