We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through Google Ads and Meta Ads. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and delivering measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
SALARY SALB - 5-12 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display & YouTube).
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for customer acquisition and remarketing.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
Build and manage high-performing remarketing strategies.
Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center and Meta Events Manager.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages and ad copy.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives.
Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong expertise in:
Google Search
Google Shopping
Performance Max
Meta Ads
Remarketing
GA4
Google Tag Manager
Google Merchant Center
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Amazon Advertising
International Advertising (US, UK & Europe)
