Role Description As a Product Manager at Es Magico, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products built on PYZO, from problem definition and discovery to launch and continuous improvement. You will work closely with customers in regulated industries to understand their operational, compliance, and user experience needs, translating them into clear product requirements and roadmaps. You will collaborate with engineering, data, design, and operations teams to prioritize features, manage releases, and ensure solutions are reliable, governed, and production-ready. You will track product performance, gather feedback, and make data-informed decisions to refine workflows, agent capabilities, and integrations over time. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and occasional engagements with client teams.
Qualifications
Product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, and release management.
Experience with AI, data-driven products, or complex software systems, ideally in regulated environments such as BFSI, healthcare, or public sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort using metrics, experiments, and user feedback to guide decisions.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
Background in working closely with engineering and design teams to ship production-grade, customer-facing products.
Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance considerations in enterprise technology implementations is highly beneficial.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize under constraints, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
