AV Product Line Manager

For our client, we are seeking a AV Product Line Manager to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This role will own a product portfolio spanning AV networking solutions, from early concept through launch and lifecycle management.
You will define the long-term vision, shape the roadmap, and partner closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders to deliver strong market outcomes.
The position requires a balance of technical depth, customer advocacy, and cross-functional execution in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead the AV managed switch and pro AV portfolio from concept to launch
Define the long-term product vision and maintain a coherent roadmap
Write high-quality PRDs and user stories to guide product development
Coordinate with marketing and sales for successful product launches
Advocate for customer needs across engineering and global partners
Shape technical architecture and participate in engineering discussions
Communicate product updates and results to executives
Qualifications
5+ years of product management experience in AV-over-IP or related fields
Proven ability to launch products in technically complex AV markets
Strong writing skills for technical documentation and business cases
Technical knowledge of AV protocols and networking standards
Excellent collaboration skills with diverse teams, including Engineering and Marketing
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
