For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Payments Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for a payments analytics and intelligence platform that supports customer needs at scale. You will work closely with developers, sales, support, engineering, marketing, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities, solve technical and product challenges, and deliver meaningful capabilities. The position requires strong prioritization, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership to drive impact across complex systems.
You will also help translate user insights into product direction while balancing execution pace and long-term platform vision in a fast-moving environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually
Responsibilities
Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the payments analytics and intelligence platform
Understand user needs through interactions with developers, sales, and support teams
Build and launch impactful capabilities and products for customers
Set prioritization and execution pace for the team
Solve technical and product problems across diverse systems
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering and Marketing
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience
Strong business acumen with an ability to improve business operations
Experience in customer- and partner-facing roles
Strong operational skills to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
Effective communication skills for clear stakeholder engagement
Highly results-oriented, with a focus on executing complex projects
