Senior Staff Product Manager, Browser Control Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager, Browser Control Platform to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.
This role will own the strategy and evolution of a shared browser control foundation that must be reliable, secure, and useful across both internal teams and external integrations. You will help advance open web automation standards while shaping differentiated capabilities for a consumer-facing browser ecosystem. The position also requires close partnership with security, engineering, and external platform partners to define how users approve, monitor, and trust automated software actions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $195,000 – $260,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own the shared browser control foundation and ensure reliability and security for dependent software.
Advance open web automation standards while creating differentiated advantages for the browser platform.
Design safety controls that enable user approval and visibility over software actions.
Define strategy for integration with major third-party AI assistants.
Serve both internal teams and external tools through a unified shared layer.
Qualifications
Product-minded engineer or technical PM with experience driving technical products.
Experience in developer-focused environments, with consideration for both internal and consumer platforms.
Ability to set strategy amid ambiguity while owning a critical technical contract.
Strong instincts for security and trust, with knowledge of web standards, MCP, and browser automation preferred.
