Product Manager, Identity & Access Management

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, Identity & Access Management to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape access management experiences and controls across a complex, high-trust platform used by customers and partners. You will define how identity, authentication, and authorization capabilities support secure collaboration while keeping the experience intuitive for end users. The position partners closely with engineering, security, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve protection, usability, and adoption through experimentation and data-driven iteration.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually
Responsibilities
Set the vision for access management across the company's accounts
Design user experiences for inviting teammates and creating API keys
Establish guidelines for agent authentication and control
Implement least privilege protocols with user-friendly solutions
Advocate for secretless authentication integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote the vision
Conduct experiments and adjust strategies based on usage data
Qualifications
5+ years in product management of platform or infrastructure products
Background in security, identity, authentication, or developer platforms
User-centric approach to problem identification
Technical fluency in authorization and authentication design
Preference for iterative experimentation over large-scale launches
Ability to provide direction in evolving spaces without direct authority
