Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space.
This remote opportunity is focused on shaping cloud-based data processing products that support back-office operations in a complex, regulated environment. The role will partner closely with operations, sales, design, engineering, Legal, and Compliance to define priorities, validate customer needs, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will help advance a modern product operating model while owning problems end to end from discovery through execution.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
Responsibilities
Lead continuous customer discovery to validate problems and test solutions
Frame customer and business problems clearly, ensuring priority on critical issues
Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable outcomes
Balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility judiciously
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations early to shape solutions
Document reasoning and outcomes while owning the problem end-to-end
Collaborate closely with design leads to ensure products are user-centered
Qualifications
3-7 years of product management experience with proven outcomes ownership
Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional squad environment with engineers and designers
Experience in regulated industries such as automotive, fleet, payments, or fintech
Comfort in organizations evolving their product operating model
Active use of AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to various audiences
