Product Manager II, Workspace and Multi-User

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager II, Workspace and Multi-User to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user capabilities that support secure access across both consumer and business experiences.
You will partner closely with engineering, design, security, and go-to-market stakeholders to deliver scalable authentication, access, and provisioning solutions.
The position calls for a product leader who can translate complex security, privacy, legal, and compliance requirements into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $180,370 – $212,200 annually
Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for enterprise identity and multi-user features, including RBAC, SSO, and domain claiming.
Drive the strategy for scalable authentication and security experiences for both consumer and business users.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, for successful product launches.
Collaborate with Security and Engineering to identify risks and implement safeguards for access workflows.
Define the long-term vision for identity solutions that facilitate new business opportunities across products.
Qualifications
5+ years in product management, focusing on identity, authentication, enterprise SaaS, or platform products.
Experience launching RBAC, SSO, MFA, or provisioning systems on a large scale.
Ability to simplify complex security and technical needs into coherent product strategies and user-friendly designs.
Experience managing product launches that involve security, privacy, legal, compliance, and customer support functions.
Strong understanding of identity protocols like OAuth, SAML, and SCIM.
Ability to responsibly leverage generative AI to enhance workflow and efficiency.
