Senior Escrow Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Escrow Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the strategy and roadmap for escrow-related and virtual account solutions within a commercial banking environment. You will translate client needs, market opportunities, and regulatory considerations into product priorities that support growth, adoption, and scalable treasury capabilities. The position partners closely with cross-functional teams to advance product development, manage risk, and deliver solutions that strengthen liquidity and service offerings.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $107,500 – $179,100 annually
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for escrow and virtual account solutions
Identify client needs and market trends to inform product strategy
Build business cases and manage product development priorities
Design product strategies for varied customer segments
Lead the evolution of the virtual account management platform and capabilities
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7 years of proven product management experience in commercial banking or related fields
Experience with escrow services and virtual account management
Strong understanding of treasury management and liquidity solutions
Proven track record in launching banking or fintech capabilities
