Product Manager, North America - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Product Manager, North America - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.
This role will shape product strategy for the North American market, with a strong focus on market opportunities, positioning, and lifecycle management. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and global product teams to translate customer needs into product decisions that drive growth and product excellence. The position also requires a balance of technical understanding, customer-facing communication, and cross-functional execution in a global environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and improvements
Develop product strategies aligned with business goals, including pricing and positioning
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to launch new offerings
Monitor product performance and use data to inform decisions
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to customers and prospects
Coordinate product lifecycle activities with global product management
Represent the voice of the North American market in global product discussions
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in transformer services
Strong understanding of transformer components and customer needs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
US work authorization required
