Lead Product Manager, Employer Acquisition

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Manager, Employer Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space.
This role will own product strategy and growth initiatives aimed at expanding the employer base, with a strong focus on acquisition and long-term customer value. You will lead experimentation, use data to guide prioritization, and partner closely with sales and marketing to improve product-led growth. The position also calls for deep collaboration with users and internal teams to inform discovery, research, and AI-enabled product experiences.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $215,000 – $255,000 annually
Responsibilities
Own and execute growth strategy for the SMB employer base
Lead the product roadmap to enhance customer value
Conduct rapid experimentation to improve employer acquisition
Analyze key metrics to inform product decisions
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product-led growth
Engage with users for product discovery and research
Drive AI-based solutions for a personalized user experience
Qualifications
5+ years of successful product management leadership experience
Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills
Experience building B2B products at scale
Understanding of AI/ML applications in product development
Customer-focused with experience conducting user research
Versatile problem-solver for complex challenges
Self-motivated with a desire for autonomy and impact
