Job Summary
Seeking an experienced AUTOSAR FBL & Middleware Engineer with strong Japanese (Native/N3+) and English communication skills to work on automotive ECU software development projects. The role focuses on Flash Bootloader (75%) and AUTOSAR BSW Integration (25%) using the AUTOSAR toolchain.
Key Skills
Strong experience in Automotive Flash Bootloader (FBL) development.
Hands-on expertise in AUTOSAR Classic Platform and BSW integration.
Experience with UDS Diagnostics, OTA/FOTA, ECU Reprogramming, CAN, Ethernet, and LIN.
Strong Embedded C programming and software integration skills.
Experience with DaVinci Configurator & Developer tools.
Knowledge of Infineon TriCore and NXP S32 microcontrollers.
Ability to interact directly with Japanese customers and lead technical discussions.
Responsibilities
Design and develop automotive bootloader solutions.
Implement firmware flashing, software updates, and OTA mechanisms.
Configure and integrate AUTOSAR BSW modules and MCAL components.
Support diagnostics (UDS), ECU integration, and software validation.
Debug software, communication, and memory-related issues.
Collaborate with Japanese customers and global development teams.
Prepare technical documents and participate in design/code reviews.
Preferred Skills
Experience with EB Tresos and ETAS ISOLAR.
Knowledge of RH850, TRAVEO II, Qualcomm, NVIDIA, and SDV architectures.
Exposure to Automotive Ethernet, DoIP, and cloud-connected vehicle platforms.
Japanese language proficiency and Bootloader expertise are mandatory.
