Role Description The Sample Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. The coordinator will manage the end-to-end movement of patient samples between hospitals, diagnostic labs, and HaystackAnalytics, ensuring timely collection, dispatch, and receipt. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking sample status, updating internal systems, coordinating with partner sites and courier services, and resolving delays or discrepancies. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, adhering to quality and safety standards, and supporting compliance with regulatory and internal protocols. The coordinator will work closely with operations, laboratory, and client support teams to ensure reliable logistics that enable smooth genomic testing workflows.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience handling logistics, scheduling, or inventory management.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and data entry.
Effective communication skills for interacting with hospital staff, lab teams, courier partners, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to follow and enforce standard operating procedures and quality/safety guidelines.
Comfort with using digital tools and basic software (e.g., spreadsheets, tracking system.
Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory operations, or medical logistics is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple parallel tasks.
Minimum of a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Should be okay working rotational shift (morning & evening)
