Firm Description: SKSI & Associates LLP is a Practicing Company Secretaries firm registered with ICSI providing end-to-end corporate secretarial, compliance, and regulatory advisory services under Company Law, Securities Laws, FEMA, and RBI regulations.
Role Description: This is a full-time role based in Mulund, Mumbai for a Qualified Company Secretary. The role involves reviewing and supervising the work of trainees & team members, ensuring timely and accurate compliances, and handling assignments under the Companies Act, FEMA & SEBI LODR regulations.
Remuneration: Commensurate with qualification, experience, skill set and as per market standards.
