ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
• Planview administration: users, roles, security, screens, menus, attributes, lookup tables, portfolios, resources, and financial structures
• Configure lifecycles, Scripted Dialogs, workflows, approvals, notifications, and demand/project intake processes.
• Develop and support Power BI, SSRS, executive dashboards, governance reports, and portfolio analytics.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot APIs, perform SQL analysis, and resolve production issues.
• Support quarterly releases, migrations, UAT, regression testing, and environment management.
• Drive data governance, platform cleanup, audit support, and technical debt reduction.
• Participate in governance boards, CAB reviews, and enhancement prioritization
• 7 - 10 years of Planview Administration experience.
Must Have
• Hands-on experience with:
o Planview Portfolios Administration
o Lifecycles & Scripted Dialogs
o Workflow configuration and troubleshooting
o User roles, security, and access management
o Resource, financial, and portfolio management
• Strong SQL skills on Planview databases
• Power BI reporting, OData datasets, and Microsoft Report Builder (SSRS).
• Integration troubleshooting (REST/SOAP APIs, Postman, Swagger).
• Release management, regression testing, and environment promotion.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Planview ProjectPlace.
• Planview Copilot.
• Integration experience with Entra ID, Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Agile/Scrum, SAFe, ITIL knowledge.
• Power BI Certification.
• Lean Portfolio Management experience.
• Experience with governance boards, CAB processes, and SaaS governance frameworks
