Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for Epic-Studio’s on-site team in Gurugram. This full-time role includes managing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will support managers with workforce planning, address employee concerns, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Daily responsibilities also include coordinating training and development initiatives, overseeing payroll inputs and benefits administration, and partnering with leadership on organizational development and change-management activities.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning to build and maintain high-performing teams.
Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution to support a healthy work environment.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to on-site roles in Gurugram.
Proficiency in HRIS tools, MS Office, and basic data reporting to manage employee records and HR analytics.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional design and operations teams.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional integrity.
Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in design, creative, or professional services organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an added advantage.
