Lead FullStack Developer (Java + ReactJS) - Assistant Manager

Role Summary & Description
The proposed resource requirement is to address the skill needs including ReactJS and complemented by strong expertise in Java and Oracle PL/SQL.
Hiring for a skilled software developer with 8-10 years of experience in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot & PL/SQL. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing UI with ReactJS and Micro Service applications with expertise in building Java-based server-side applications with Spring Boot.
Should be strong in SDLC life cycle.
The role will provide opportunity to work in niche functional areas of Capital Markets, Functional knowledge and experience in similar projects is highly desirable.
Expected to spend 100% of the time on hands-on development & design.
Responsible for resolution, communication, and escalation of critical technical issues. Prepares user and systems documentation as needed.
Identifies and recommends Industry best practices.
Ability to provide agile status notes on day to day project tasks.
Should demonstrate ownership, good analytical and quick learning capabilities.
Should possess good communication skills and should be able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technology documents including user guides.
