Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Fit-Out Execution professional to lead the end-to-end execution of the Empyreal Club project. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, contractor management, quality control, project scheduling, coordination with consultants and vendors, and timely completion of all interior works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior fit-out execution from mobilization to final handover.
Plan and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower and material requirements.
Supervise execution of high-end hospitality/club interiors, including public areas, restaurants, lounges, guest areas, back-of-house and other facilities.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, PMC, consultants, contractors, vendors and project management teams.
Review and interpret GFC/IFC drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, specifications and material details.
Supervise interior works including:
Flooring, marble, stone and tiles
False ceiling and gypsum works
Carpentry and custom joinery
Doors, hardware and partitions
Painting, polishing and wall finishes
Glass, metal and decorative works
Furniture and other finishing packages
Coordinate with MEP services such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting and other services to avoid clashes and rework.
Monitor daily site progress, manpower productivity and work-front availability.
Ensure execution is as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines.
Manage contractors and subcontractors and ensure timely deployment of manpower and resources.
Coordinate material requirements, approvals, procurement and timely delivery at site.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure high-quality finishing and workmanship.
Identify delays, site issues and design/coordination gaps and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain DPR/WPR/MPR, progress reports, material tracking, snag lists and site documentation.
Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of critical areas.
Conduct snagging and coordinate rectification before final handover.
Ensure proper protection of completed works and maintain site discipline and housekeeping.
Coordinate final inspections, testing, documentation and area-wise handover.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out Execution / Project Management.
Candidates with 10–15 years of experience will be preferred for a senior role.

Luxury Commercial Projects
Premium Residential
High-End Interior Fit-Out
Strong experience in handling contractors, vendors and multiple site teams.
Good knowledge of interior construction, finishing materials, drawings, BOQs and site execution.
Strong understanding of Interior + MEP coordination.
Should be capable of independently managing site execution and resolving day-to-day execution issues.
Strong communication, coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Should be comfortable working under tight project timelines.
Qualification
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
