Jr. Ai Architect

We're hiring a Junior AI Architect.
We teach business owners how to run their business on AI, and we run ours the same way. Live dashboards our team and our students use every day. A stack of AI platforms behind our challenges, our courses and our internal team. AI assistants doing real work alongside real people.
It works, and it has grown fast enough that it now deserves a full time owner instead of being everyone's side project.
That's the job. You own that layer.
I don't need someone who can talk about AI.
I don't need someone waiting for a ticket queue.
I need the person who notices something is about to break before it does.
Here's what you'd own:
✅ Our AI dashboards. Challenge boards, mentor call dashboards, student dashboards, staff hub. Live and correct before the session that needs them.
✅ Our AI stack and what it returns. What each tool costs, what it produces, and where the next dollar should go. A recommendation attached, not just a number.
✅ The ownership map. Accounts, access and automations in one place, so the whole system is documented and handoff ready as we add people.
✅ Growing into it: leading our next AI platform move, and building AI assistants seat by seat with our team that take real work off real people.
What you
need to bring:
✅ 3 to 4 years in AI tools, automation or technical operations. What you've built matters more than your job title.
✅ Comfort inside AI platforms, and the ability to get current on a new one fast enough to own it.
✅ Real troubleshooting instincts. You find the cause before you ask for help.
✅ Writing that a non technical team can follow. You document what you build so someone else could run it.

🌎 Remote, US based, core hours on Eastern Time
🕐 Full time W-2, 40 hours, Monday through Friday. A handful of weeks a quarter we run live challenges and events, and those weeks need some evening and weekend flexibility.
