Lead AI Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will shape the strategy and execution of AI-enabled financial solutions that improve customer experience and operational performance. You will partner closely with engineering, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to take products from discovery through launch in a highly regulated environment. The position also calls for a strong understanding of LLM-based products and the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for delivery teams. Success in this role will be measured by the quality of the roadmap, the strength of cross-functional alignment, and the impact of new capabilities in the financial services workflow.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,970 – $183,680 annually
Responsibilities
Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven financial solutions
Prioritize AI opportunities based on data analysis and customer insights
Establish success metrics to measure engagement and operational efficiency
Translate business needs into product requirements through stakeholder engagement
Collaborate with engineering teams on prototypes and product iterations
Ensure compliance with legal and risk standards in product development
Manage go-to-market strategies and stakeholder communication for product launches
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
8+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in AI or machine learning within fintech or financial services
Proven track record of delivering AI products from discovery to launch
Strong knowledge of LLM-based products and relevant AI technologies
Experience in regulated environments; collaboration with compliance and legal teams is essential
Ability to craft clear product requirements for engineering execution
Strong understanding of financial services products and their associated workflows
